Day 1 Aug 01, 2026 - Dubrovnik

Classed as a world heritage treasure by UNESCO, Dubrovnik is a place of ancient streets lined with stone palaces, Venetian-style buildings and bell towers. The city is enclosed by stone walls, and the highlight is a leisurely walk atop these massive walls for a great view of the city and the sea. Entering Dubrovnik, you are greeted by an impressive pedestrian promenade, the Placa, which extends before you all the way to the clock tower at the other end of town. The Orlando Tower here is a favorite meeting place. Just inside the city walls near the Pile Gate is the Franciscan Monastery housing the third-oldest functioning pharmacy in Europe, operating since 1391. For a fantastic panorama of the city, take a cable car ride to the summit of the 1,340-foot Mount Srdj.

Day 2 Aug 02, 2026 - Korcula

Korçula is said to be one of the most beautiful as well as the largest of the Croatian islands. Seasoned travelers compare Korçula to a latter-day Eden. Korçula’s main town is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean. Visit the birthplace of Marco Polo, and see Korçulan buildings featuring mainly Gothic and Renaissance architecture, and residual Romanesque style. View traditional knightly games like the chivalrous Moreska dance, a spectacular, dynamic war-dance with swords that has been in existence for seceral hundred years. Travelers flock to Korcula, appreciating its stunning location, natural beauty and impressive medieval look. If that’s not enough, there are numerous attractions, such as the City Museum, the Bishop’s Treasury, a collection of icons, art galleries and old churches with priceless paintings.

Day 3 Aug 02, 2026 - Island of Mljet

Part of the Adriatic Islands of Croatia, the Island of Mljet is the greeneast island, dominated by forests and full of Mediterranean vegetation that includes grapes and olives. The Island of Mljet has two saltwater lakes that are part of the Mljet National Forest. The isle of St Mary in the Great Lake has a Benedictine monastery and church that dates back to the 12th century. Crystal clear blue waters surround the clean beaches and harbors of the island, and the forests and waters are rich with life.

Day 4 Aug 03, 2026 - Komiza
Day 5 Aug 03, 2026 - Vis

Vis is known for its superior wine, pristine beaches, unique wildlife and charming medieval villages accented by Venetian red-roof architecture. Explore secret coves and bays, or delve into the history of the island at the Archaeological Museum and the Museum of Fisheries, where you can learn about the island's important maritime history. The nearby island of Biševo is renown for its Blue Cave, and is easily accessible with a quick boat ride.

Day 6 Aug 04, 2026 - Stari Grad
Day 7 Aug 05, 2026 - Pucisca

Pucisca is a municipality on the island of Brac, Croatia. This town has a charm for its culture and stone masonry. A mesh of architectural design is prominent in the plebian houses, Renaissance palaces and baroque buildings. Other than stone-work passed on for generations, Pucisca also produces olive oil, wine, and figs. Travelers are invited to join the Cultural Summer Festivals with concerts, traditional performances and other theatrical exhibitions that translates Pucisca’s rich history and culture.

Day 8 Aug 06, 2026 - Dubrovnik

Classed as a world heritage treasure by UNESCO, Dubrovnik is a place of ancient streets lined with stone palaces, Venetian-style buildings and bell towers. The city is enclosed by stone walls, and the highlight is a leisurely walk atop these massive walls for a great view of the city and the sea. Entering Dubrovnik, you are greeted by an impressive pedestrian promenade, the Placa, which extends before you all the way to the clock tower at the other end of town. The Orlando Tower here is a favorite meeting place. For a fantastic panorama of the city, take a cable car ride to the summit of the 1,340-foot Mount Srdj.

Day 9 Aug 06, 2026 - Sipan
Day 10 Aug 07, 2026 - Bay of Kotor

For centuries, Montenegro's Boka Kotorska, or Bay of Kotor, the deepest coastal inlet in the Mediterranean, was the boundary between Christianity and Islam. Today, the beach-lined bay, located 35 mi/55 km west of Podgorica, is home to several tourist resorts and historical sites. It is also considered one of the most beautiful bays in the world, and is the southernmost fjord in Europe.

Herceg Novi, strategically located at the northern entrance of the Bay of Kotor, is close to the borders of Bosnia and Croatia. Herceg Novi is noted for its city gates, fortresses and the church and monastery of Savina, which contain Gothic and baroque architecture. It is also a haven for artists, with numerous galleries located throughout the area that continuously hold exhibitions. If you visit in February, you can attend the Mimosa Festival, which is the city's oldest traditional event.

The 14th-century port of Perast has been declared a national conservation area. It has a strong seafaring tradition—Peter the Great, when building up the Russian Navy, sent sailors to its naval academy. With the mountains in the background and the Bay of Kotor in the foreground, Perast is a pleasant place to spend some time just relaxing or strolling its narrow streets.

At the southern end of the bay is the town of Kotor, a medieval walled city on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Kotor rates a full day to walk its narrow streets, investigate the shops and see Katedrala Sv. Tripuna (St. Tryphon's Cathedral). History buffs will enjoy the Maritime Museum located in the Grgurina Palace. If you're feeling fit, you can walk on Kotor's fortress walls that eventually wind their way up to St. Ivan's Castle. It's a steep climb, but worth it for the views of the bay.

Other interesting places along the bay include the fortresses and second-century Roman mosaics in Risan and the Island of Flowers near Tivat.

Day 11 Aug 07, 2026 - Tivat

Tivat is a coastal town southwest of Montenegro and the center of Boka Kotorska Bay. Although the area has been inhabited since prehistoric times, it is the youngest city in Montenegro with tombstones from the Roman period and Venetian-style buildings wherein 1797 the Venetian Republic fell liberating the town after 20 years. Post WWII, this coastal community began its development as a town. Modern-day Tivat has features of a Mediterranean town with over 8 months of sunshine, fantastic beaches, watersport adventures and numerous flora and fauna to discover.
